A 75-minute practice designed to ease stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance through gentle supported postures, mindful breathing, and healing sound accents. No prior yoga experience needed—just come as you are.

Yin Yoga | Sound | Nidra
A 75 minute ritual of relaxation, resonance, and deep, passive stretches designed to alleviate tension held for extended periods (typically 3-5 minutes).  No prior yoga experience needed—just come as you are.

- Deep Stretching of connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, by holding poses that create gentle tension.Â
- Slow transitions
- Use of Props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters support the body and deepen stretches.Â
- Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and Sound
